We’ve taken all that we love about pneumatic skateboard tyres and bundled them together to make a tire designed specifically for use with the rigours of the electric skateboard.

Strong sidewalls mean more tire strength, thick hard compound rubber to make them last longer than ever before, and a tread pattern that will give you a smooth ride no matter what path you choose!

Surge v Relay

Been through a set of Surge tyres on my GTR1 now, and about the same wear as the Relay. Had some issues with the Relay where they would distend unevenly under 50 PSI (the inner tube was not twisted). This meant that they didn't track true. Was a problem on the rear wheels as this would then catch on the belt guard. Surge do not seem to be prone to this (had it happen on at least 2 Relay tires out of 8 I've been through). The Surge rubber seems a bit sturdier. So am happy that the Relays are being phased out. Also, been running my latest set on 200mm inner tubes, as was tired of the 175mm getting caught between the hubs upon tire changes and getting a flat - happened a couple of times. No issues with a full tire cycle with the 200mms.
