DESCRIPTION
The Orangatang Dad Bod is one of the most high-performance 100mm+ urethane skateboard wheels in existence and is perfect for electric skateboarding. Four years of development, the new TrypoCore, and the tried-and-true Happy Thane formula combine to create the ultimate big-wheel experience at a shockingly lightweight.
Fast, Comfortable, & Functional — At 105mm tall, the Dad Bod provides exceptional roll speed, tons of momentum, and smooth-rolling—it's kinda like cheating. The 57mm contact patch with its surface skin provides a confident grip, while the subtly rounded edges help the wheels pass smoothly across pavement cracks.
Extra Large Core — The brand new TrypoCore is much larger than the little brother found on the Caguama. This extra size means less urethane making the wheel feel very light and nimble for such a large diameter wheel. This core is compatible with any electric skateboard that can accommodate Orangatang Kegels, allowing for an even faster and smoother ride.
Happy Thane Formula — The Dad Bod is poured in the proprietary Happy Thane formula for high roll speed, excellent traction, and smooth, predictable slides.

Really nice street wheel. I think the compound is harder than the 97 but feels much more comfortable. Seem to get less foot fatigue on long rides. Not sure how that works but they are obviously a super premium wheel. Highly recommend the dad bods! Really happy with my purchase

Love the color and feeling. When dirty the blue wheels look a bit greenish, but overall love them. So far everything Evolve is only good vibes for me.

I bit early to tell, but they slide very predictable without hopping. Better then normal ride quality but a bit rougher/firmer then the evolve wheels.

Just been for a 16km ride along my normal commute route so I could compare every single pavement gap, crack, lip or pram crossing compared to my Evolve 97mm Street Wheels.
These are definitely a level above. Definitely a smoother ride. You feel more cushioned, planted, more in control, more carve.
If you're sitting in the fence and you're going from 97's to Dad Bods you won't be disappointed.
